When purchasing new or used equipment from us, please ask about the warrantee period. The timeline of the warranty varies according to the product. Most products carry a 60 day warranty but some items like Comtech CDM-570L modems are offered with a one year replacement.
If the item is brand new the manufacturer’s warrantees will supersede ours.
If a problem occurs within the specified period we offer a guarantee with either a replacement, repair or refund for the product. Our warranty becomes active when we receive the item from you.
Payment terms are payment prior to shipping.
Every piece of used equipment will have a different history. In some cases we have purchased the entire contents of a single teleport, in other cases we purchased an entire network with many different branches.
In every case, the equipment is tested prior to offering it for sale.
When you purchase equipment you pay for the shipping to your destination of choice. Cost of shipping is not included in the advertised rate. You get a separate quote for shipping depending on destination address and the value of the item.
You are responsible for duties, freight and other government charges that accrue as a result of shipping to your destination address.
If the equipment must be returned within the warranty period you will pay shipping to us, but if we send a replacement instead of a refund, we will pay the shipping back to the original location.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@montechng.com and send your item to designated address we provide nearest to you
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will communicate to you depending on where you are located.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
