Description
Miteq D-9322 is a working 2RU C-Band Down Converter.
On our bench test we measured the voltage test points, the fan and display work correctly but with an initial input of 4200MHz from our frequency generator the converter did not produce any output in the 70 MHz range.
After ten minutes leaving the converter powered up, the correct 70 MHz output appeared. We left the unit operating for several hours with excellent results
