EFData Modem Processor Board PL/3969-6 is a modulator board from one of the older 70 MHz modems. This card dates back to a previous era when horses were driven by steam and telephones were the only way of communicating.
We don’t have any hard data on this family of products but this modulator board and its de-modulator counterpart probably came from the EFData SDM6000/9000 modem series.
